Account & billing basics
Momentum Screener keeps billing simple so you can focus on the research, not logistics. Everything below lives inside the Account page once you are signed in.
Free trial and renewals
- Every plan begins with a 60-day trial. You can explore all features—watchlists, drawdown lists, curated favorites, and charting—with a card on file, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- When the trial ends, we charge the card you added during onboarding. The renewal date is listed at the top of the Account page and inside every receipt email.
- You can end a trial or cancel a renewal at any point before the renewal date and you will never be charged retroactively.
Upgrading or downgrading plans
- Sign in and open Account.
- Under Plan details, choose Change plan.
- Select the Core or Edge plan. We show the prorated amount before you confirm the change.
- Submit, and the new feature set applies immediately.
You can repeat these steps as often as you like—no support ticket required.
Managing payment methods & receipts
- Update the card on file from the Payment method panel inside Account.
- Receipts are emailed automatically and can also be downloaded under Billing history.
- Need a receipt customized with a tax ID or company name? Edit the billing profile field before downloading the PDF.
Refunds and cancellations
We understand priorities shift. To cancel, open Account and click Cancel plan. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and you retain access during trials. If something looks off or you were charged unexpectedly, contact us—we will make it right.
Team or gift accounts
We currently offer single-user licenses. If you are purchasing for a team, reach out via the contact form with the number of seats you need and we will coordinate multi-seat pricing and provisioning.
Having trouble signing in?
If billing changes are blocked because you cannot log in, visit the auth portal and use Forgot password or Use a passkey. You can also email support from your billing address so we can help reset access securely.
